Combination Construction Equipment Operator

 

5 Weeks 

This five-week course (depending on days per week of training) is designed to certify any student on 2 machines with an introduction and possible certification on a third based on the student's proficiency.. The practical portion of this course consists of machine orientation, preventative maintenance, and operation at our construction site. 

 

Compliance Course Training: 

40 hours of classroom training will consist of: 

(choose 4 courses)

 

• First Aid Level 1 

• Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) 

• H2S Alive

• WHMIS

• S100 Fire Suppression OR Ground Disturbance 

• Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) 

 

140 hours seat time

180 hours total

Machine Options: 

(select two machines) - the student will be certified on two machines and be introduced to a third with possible certification

140 hours of on-site training: 

• Machine Orientation & Preventative Maintenance 

• Advanced Machine Operations
