Extended Forestry Equipment Operator

Much like the 4-week program but with more machine hours. This course will give the student the additional experience and training they will need to secure employment in the forestry industry.

(180 hours seat time)

• Grapple Skidder

 

Compliance Course Training: 

40 hours of in class or online training for:

• First Aid (Level 1)

• T.D.G

• H2S Alive

• WHMIS

• S-100 Fire Suppression or Ground Disturbance

 

Practical Machine Maintenance and Operation Training

180 hrs of onsite training:

• Machine Operations and Preventative Maintenance 

• Advanced Machine Operations
