Simulated Pipeline Training
This three week program is designed to teach all aspects in constructing a pipeline. The key components of this course will include the uses, phases and tasks used in building a pipeline. At the end of the course, students will have the knowledge and confidence to work on a pipeline construction site and be more successful in obtaining employment in the Oil & Gas industry. This course needs a minimum of 6 students to run.
Classroom Theory and Practical Training:
- Pipeline Deisgn
- Surveying, Clearing
- Right of Way (R.O.W)
- Pipe Handling
- Welding & Inspection of pipe
- Pipe Coating
Pre-Requisities & Requirements
- Completion of the Sideboom operator training course will be considered an asset
- Students are responsible for obtaining their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) prior to the course start date
- Students are responsible for their accommodations and meals during training.
